This includes wound care, medication management, catheter care, health monitoring, chronic illness support, and more. It’s designed to deliver quality medical care outside a hospital environment, promoting comfort and independence.
Who can access Community Nursing services?
Community Nursing is available to individuals of all ages with medical or health needs who prefer to receive care at home. This includes NDIS participants, people with chronic illnesses, disabilities, post-surgery recovery needs, or mobility challenges. Services are often funded through the NDIS, aged care packages, or private arrangements.
